We help buyers in 2 different ways, after we initially purchase the home that they want:
1. With our Rent-to-Own program, we allow the buyer to rent the property with the option to buy it once their lease ends or any time before that.
2. With our Owner Finance program, since we already bought the home cash, we simply owner finance it to the buyer, taking a down payment and payments over time at a fixed interest rate. Just like a bank would do.

Just like a normal transaction, you will get paid as soon as we close on the property. That is typically within 2 to 4 weeks.
Your buyers are free to pick any home out there. Our system works with Residentials, Investment properties and Commercial properties, owner occupied or non-owner occupied, Industrials, we've done it all!
